Nationwide Dealership Signage Conversion Program

The Challenge

Thomas Sign was awarded the Case IH dealership sign conversion program as part of a nationwide program that also included Canada.

Individual dealers could select among participating sign suppliers, requiring Thomas Sign to manage not only signage production but also dealer communication and participation throughout the three-year program. Hundreds of sites were ultimately managed by Thomas Sign.

Our Solution

Thomas Sign developed a marketing and communication program to provide dealers with program announcements, product information, pricing, and additional wind-package information.

The program also required detailed sign specifications, manufacturing drawings, manufacturing and quality control, management of installation subcontractors, permitting and landlord approvals, direct dealership marketing, and creation of an online product catalog.

The Results

Thomas Sign’s project management system coordinated the production and delivery of dealership signage packages while providing the project team with real-time information for dealer communication.

Thomas Sign manufactured, shipped, and installed signage in every U.S. state and multiple Canadian provinces during the program.

The structured process kept dealers informed about project status, delivery, and installation throughout the program.
