Nationwide Dealership Signage Conversion Program
The Challenge
Thomas Sign was selected as a participating sign supplier for the Case IH dealership sign conversion program across the United States and Canada.
Because individual dealerships could select among approved sign suppliers, Thomas Sign needed to manage both signage execution and direct dealer communication throughout the three-year program. Hundreds of dealership locations were ultimately managed by Thomas Sign.
Our Solution
Thomas Sign developed a coordinated dealer communication and signage program that provided program announcements, product information, pricing, and wind-load package information.
The scope included sign specifications and manufacturing drawings, permitting and landlord approvals, manufacturing and quality control, installation coordination, dealer communication, and an online signage product catalog.
Thomas Sign’s project management system provided centralized visibility into individual dealership projects from initial participation through manufacturing, delivery, and installation.
The Results
Thomas Sign successfully manufactured, shipped, and installed Case IH dealership signage across all 50 U.S. states and multiple Canadian provinces.
The centralized program-management process helped maintain consistent brand standards while keeping individual dealers informed about project status, production, delivery, and installation throughout the program.
